Rocky III is a 1982 American film written, directed and starring Sylvester Stallone as Rocky Balboa. It also stars Carl Weathers as Apollo Creed, Burgess Meredith as trainer Mickey, and Talia Shire as beloved wife Adrian. Mr T plays Rocky's aggressive opponent : James "Clubber" Lang. The film's theme song "Eye of the Tiger", written by the group Survivor, became a smash hit single.
